Many landlords don’t want someone else deciding on their behalf — they want organized information so they can decide quickly and confidently.
By staying out of decision-making, we avoid conflicts of interest and misunderstandings.
By not controlling payments or contracts, responsibility remains clear.
If you’re looking for someone to “handle everything” without your involvement, this service is not the right fit.
But if you want clean communication, clear quotes, and less back-and-forth — without giving up control — this model works well.
