All maintenance work, inspections, or vendor coordination is performed only with owner approval.
No repairs are authorized without consent unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payments

Services may be purchased as:

• Month-to-month subscriptions

• One-time services (e.g. inspections)

All payments must be completed and verified before services begin.

4. Third-Party Providers

When referrals are made (contractors, agents, attorneys), all services and payments are handled directly between the owner and the third party. We are not responsible for third-party performance.

5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee repair outcomes, timelines, or pricing beyond provided references.

6. Limitation of Liability

BestBond Rental Care is not liable for property damage, delays, or losses arising from third-party services or owner decisions.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
