Subscriptions
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a service period has started.
You may cancel future billing at any time.
One-Time Services (Inspections)
Full refunds are available if canceled before scheduling.
No refunds once an inspection has been completed or attended.
Exceptions
Refunds are not provided for:
Completed services
Delays caused by third parties
Owner-approved work already in progress
If you believe an error occurred, please contact us and we’ll review it fairly.
