Once you’ve selected a contractor, we help coordinate the repair execution so you don’t have to manage back-and-forth communication.

This service is ideal for owners who don’t have time to follow up, but still want to stay in full control.

What’s included:

• Scheduling the repair with your selected handyman

• Coordinating access with the tenant

• Requesting completion photos

• Confirming completion with the tenant

What’s not included:

• No responsibility for repair quality

• No warranty or post-repair support

• No contractor replacement if issues arise

We coordinate the process.

The repair responsibility remains with the contractor and owner.

Execution coordination does not include repair liability or quality guarantees.
